Hi , I am Juli

I remember being a small girl and being super fascinated and curious about babies coming into the world. My personal journey with birth probably started with 3 years when my mom was pregnant with my younger sister. I wanted to really make sure to see what would happen. I was so curious to see her coming out of the belly.

A year later one of the horses in front of our house carried a baby and little 4-yr-old me really wanted to join the birth so i ran away from home to see it and i managed to attend the little horse coming earthside. My Mom still tells the story, as they were searching for me for hours and found me with the little babyhorse - eyes full of wonder and love and my mom could not believe it .

With 16 we made a school internship where I only wanted to go to the birth station in our local hospital. That was the first time I was able to attend a birth, a C -Section and I spent three weeks in the postpartum station. I loved it. Especially the connection with the women there.

After school I applied to become a midwife but then my lifepath unfolded in its own magical ways… And I became a lawyer.

9 years later - After having quit my promising career as a lawyer and allowed my deep passions and my heart to become my way of life, I wanted to work as a Doula. I started an Internship with an amazing Doula in Hamburg and attended my first education in Amsterdam. I just took everything in I could possibly find about birth, pregnancy, doula-ing and holistic approaches to it.

Half a year later I became a mother of a little boy . I got pregnant with a very special soul joining me and my partner back then. This soul decided to not come earthside and left again too early.

Becoming a mother of a starchild (as we call those souls in Germany that do not decide to fully come earthside) had a big impact on my life and my own journey and holistic wisdom that I can draw from now.

I learned to walk on my own path, to find my own medicine, to be held by the earth , supported by herbal medicines, inner wisdom, holistic and traumasensitive knowlege and in connection with my intuition.

I didnt go to the hospital back then but stayed at home until I was sure the baby was released. I used herbal medicines and remedies to make sure my womb was fully cleansed.

All the holistic knowlege, bodywisdom and natural wisdom, as well as my therapeutic studies I have gained over the years - have also grown from being initiated by becoming the mother of this little boy.

I studied different traditions and approaches of holistic knowledge such as Somatic Experiencing , Gestalt Therapy, Family Constellation, Bodywork, Attachment and Developmental Trauma as well as old traditional wisdom of ritual and ceremony such as Rebozo, Closing the Bones, Lomi Hapaii Massages and Intuitive Healing, Herbalism and more.

For me the most important thing to offer now in all ways of being with you is to meet in an embodied Connection .

In my experience this is the vital aspect of feeling safe in the world.

Gabor Mate said that “Safety … is the Presence of Connection. “

With those tools and an open and present awareness and heart, I am psychologically and spiritually as well as emotionally equipped to hold space for women.

I am a great lover of the mystery of wise Woman and the wild nature of Her -

feeling and connecting deeply into our wise lineages , the mystery of birth life and death, rites of passages, the deep power of creation, the natural cycles of life and woman and the life giving and life changing meaning of it.
